How To File a Grievance
If you have a formal complaint regarding a transaction, digital asset delivery, or data privacy, please write to our designated Grievance Officer with your Transaction ID and a detailed description of the issue.

Resolution Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Your grievance will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve all legitimate grievances within 15 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the verification required with our payment partners.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities or the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, as specified in our Terms & Conditions.
