Refund and Cancellation Policy

When you buy something on Qroca, you are entering into a formal agreement with Anveshya. Since we provide digital products and tools, our policy is built to be fair to you while protecting the work we create.
This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds at Qroca. As the makers of these products, we take full responsibility for your experience. This policy is built to follow the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.
1. Digital Products (Non-refundable)
Most products on Qroca are digital utility tools, journals, or templates. Since these assets are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the download link has been generated or access has been granted.
An exception is made only if there is a confirmed technical error that prevents access to the file, which cannot be resolved by our support team within 48 hours of being reported.
2. Physical Products & Lifestyle Essentials
For physical products, a return or refund request is only eligible if:
- The product received is physically damaged during transit.
- The product does not match the specifications or description provided on the platform.
3. Cancellation Timeline
Cancellation requests for physical orders must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order is in the "Shipped" status, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Claims & Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction or delivery date. To raise a request:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (source account) within 5 to 7 business days, as per standard banking and Payment Gateway protocols.
5. Discretionary Review
Anveshya reserves the right to refuse a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the request is fraudulent or an attempt to exploit the digital nature of the tools provided.
6. Your Rights as a Consumer
As a consumer in India, you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which entitles you to:
- Receive honest and clear information about our products.
- Receive products that exactly match the description provided on our site.
- Seek help through the National Consumer Helpline (1915) if a dispute remains unresolved.
- File a formal complaint through the e-Daakhil portal for consumer grievance redressal.
Qroca is a brand of Anveshya, a proprietary firm of Sushant Kumar. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
