These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Anveshya (Proprietorship of Sushant Kumar) and the User. By accessing this platform, browsing its content, or completing a transaction, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
1. Legal Entity & Ownership
Qroca is a brand of Anveshya, a Sole Proprietorship owned and managed by Sushant Kumar. All digital tools and insight-driven publications are the original intellectual property of Anveshya. Physical goods and lifestyle products are offered by the platform as a Retailer.
2. Eligibility & Authority
The User hereby represents and warrants that they possess the legal right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement. Accessing the platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
3. Definitions
- "Digital Tools & Publications" refers to all non-physical, electronically delivered products created by Anveshya, including but not limited to software, digital frameworks, research-based guides, and downloadable resources.
- "Physical Goods" refers to all tangible items and lifestyle products offered on the platform, including but not limited to stationery, curated essentials, and functional tools.
- "Intellectual Property" refers to all original text, designs, and product structures developed by Anveshya and protected under Indian Copyright laws.
- "Platform" refers to https://qroca.anveshya.com.
- "Transaction" shall refer to the order placed by the User to purchase digital or physical assets.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity availing of the products or services offered.
4. Payment & Transaction Process
The User initiates a Transaction by selecting the desired digital or physical assets on the Platform and proceeding to the secure checkout interface.
- Payment Processing: All payments are facilitated through authorized third-party payment gateways. Upon initiating a payment, the User is redirected to a secure, encrypted environment to complete the financial transaction. Anveshya does not witness or store sensitive card or banking credentials.
- Transaction Confirmation: A Transaction is deemed successful only upon receipt of confirmation from the payment processor. A digital receipt and transaction identifier will be issued to the User’s registered email address as formal proof of purchase.
- Currency & Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. The total Transaction Amount, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, is disclosed to the User prior to the finalization of the payment.
- Payment Reconciliation: In the event of a technical failure or double-debit during the payment process, the User is advised to wait for 24 hours for an automated reversal by the respective bank before contacting connect@anveshya.com for reconciliation.
5. Transaction Security
The User warrants and represents that they possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use the chosen Payment Instrument.
- Encrypted Environment: All financial data is handled through secure, third-party encrypted channels. Anveshya maintains a zero-storage policy for sensitive financial credentials, including card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.
- Infrastructure Safety: The Platform utilizes SSL Encryption to ensure that the data transfer between the User's device and the payment processor is protected from unauthorized interception.
- Fraud Prevention: Anveshya reserves the right to decline any Transaction that is flagged by our security systems as high-risk, fraudulent, or in violation of Indian financial regulations.
6. Digital Stewardship & Delivery
Fulfillment of digital assets is automated via secure electronic channels.
- Custody: It is the sole responsibility of the User to download and secure digital assets immediately upon delivery.
- Link Security: Access links are temporary delivery vehicles and may expire or be rotated after 7 days or 3 download attempts.
- Finality: Anveshya is not liable for data loss or accidental deletion by the User following a confirmed successful delivery.
7. Intellectual Property & Anti-Resale
Purchases grant the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Prohibition: The User is strictly forbidden from sub-licensing, reselling, or distributing Qroca assets for commercial gain.
- Enforcement: Unauthorized commercial distribution is a criminal offense under Section 63 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Anveshya reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against unauthorized commercial exploitation.
8. Limitation of Liability
All tools and publications are provided on an "as is" basis. Anveshya disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. The User’s sole recourse for deficiencies is governed by the platform's Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law & Grievance Redressal
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. For inquiries, the User may contact: connect@anveshya.com
