Qroca is a brand operated by Anveshya (Proprietorship of Sushant Kumar). This policy serves as the governing framework for the fulfillment of all digital tools and physical goods purchased through this platform. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the delivery timelines and fulfillment protocols outlined herein.
1. Digital Assets & Electronic Fulfillment
For all digital tools, publications, and virtual products, delivery is fulfilled electronically following a successful transaction confirmation.
- Access Mechanism: Upon payment confirmation, users are either redirected to a secure page containing the access credentials/download links or provided with a "View Content" option by the processing platform.
- Automated Notification: A secondary record of the transaction, including access details, is dispatched to the user’s registered email address provided during checkout.
- Technical Support: In the event that electronic delivery is not completed within 12 hours, users should contact connect@anveshya.com for manual verification and fulfillment.
2. Domestic Shipping (India Only)
Physical merchandise and lifestyle essentials are available for Domestic Delivery within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Serviceability: Delivery is provided to all serviceable pincodes across India via registered third-party logistics partners.
- Processing Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 2 to 3 business days.
- Transit Timeline: Standard delivery usually occurs within 5 to 7 business days following dispatch.
3. Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping costs for physical goods are calculated based on weight and destination. These fees are disclosed and collected at the time of checkout as part of the total transaction value. No shipping fees are applied to digital-only orders.
4. Tracking & Shipment Verification
A unique tracking identifier is issued via email once the physical shipment is initiated. It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate contact and shipping details; Anveshya is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
5. Non-Delivery Protocol
If a physical shipment is not received within 10 business days of the estimated date, Anveshya will conduct an inquiry with the logistics provider. Resolution, including potential reshipment or refund, will be determined based on the findings of the inquiry.
Qroca is a brand of Anveshya, a proprietary firm of Sushant Kumar. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
